As a child of a farming family who migrated from the Balkans to Çanakkale, I learned early on the value of hard work and the abundance of the land. The taste, smell, and conversations around the şalgam made in our village during my childhood stayed with me ever since. I set out on a journey so that everyone could experience that natural flavor.
DAYI’DAN ŞALGAM was born in our workshop in Çanakkale, where we produce şalgam and other fermented beverages using traditional recipes and 100% natural methods. No additives, no artificial flavors—just real ingredients, honest labor, and a deep love for our homeland.
This flavor, which started in a small village, now finds its way to tables all across Turkey. For us, true success is when someone takes a sip and says, “This şalgam tastes different”—and we humbly say thank you. Because we do this from the heart.
